Well done that man!

At a ceremony held at the North Sydney Leagues Club on August 15^th, The Federal Treasurer and Member for North Sydney, Joe Hockey, presented staunch 125 Club supporter and all-around good guy, Athol Jenner, with a North Sydney Community Award.

 

The award recognises Athol’s many years of service to his local Meals on Wheels team and as a board member of the Crows Nest Community Centre.

Although not recognised in the particular award, Athol is also a volunteer at the Royal North Shore Hospital.

You wonder where he gets the time, what with participating in and finishing the Sydney City to Surf and all.













Coincidently, another AGC Old Boy, Ian Adair, received a similar award at the ceremony.
